Tasmania's Liberal government is celebrating 1000 days in office by releasing a list of achievements which Premier Will Hodgman says have made the state a better place.

"We came to office in March 2014 with a plan to deliver a brighter future for Tasmanians, and we have been working hard every day to deliver on it," Mr Hodgman said on Friday.

The list highlights jobs growth, education reform, more frontline health workers, business assistance and a reduction in an inherited $1 billion-plus deficit.
