Western Australia's horror week on the roads has continued, with three elderly people dying in two accidents across the state.

An 88-year-old Gosnells man died after his car collided with a parked school bus in Kelmscott on Tuesday morning.

Also on Tuesday, an 81-year-old driver and 85-year-old passenger died at the scene after their 4WD crossed to the wrong side of the road and hit a tree on the Eyre Highway, 75km east of Balladonia.

The Tuesday fatalities follow a tragic weekend on WA roads, with five people dying from three separate incidents on Sunday.
