It's been a bad day for Queensland police with two officers under investigation and a third charged with drink driving, allegedly four times over the legal limit.

The two officers under investigation have been stood down while they are quizzed by the Ethical Standards Command on similar allegations.

A 56-year-old constable from the southeastern region has allegedly accessed and released confidential information, lied and failed to treat people with respect and dignity.

A 46-year-old senior constable from the central region is under investigation for providing false and misleading information, accessing and releasing official and confidential material, and allegedly using a police vehicle without an official purpose.

On top of that, police revealed an off-duty officer was pulled over on the M1 on Sunday evening.

Police would not release the gender of the offender nor the suburb they were stopped.

The officer allegedly returned a blood-alcohol reading of 0.192 and has been issued with a notice to appear in court, although a date has yet to be fixed.
