Two women accused of murdering an 18-year-old man with Asperger's syndrome in Perth's south will face a trial in October next year.

Jemma Victoria Lilley, 25, and Trudi Clare Lenon, 42, appeared in the West Australian Supreme Court on Monday accused of killing Aaron Pajich, whose body was found under a freshly laid concrete slab at a house in Orelia.

Mr Pajich was last seen at a taxi rank at the Rockingham City Shopping Centre on June 13.

The women have been remanded in custody to appear in court again on April 20 for a status conference.
