A police car was damaged with a brick and an officer bitten by a dog when an out-of-control party attended by more than 100 teenagers in Perth's south was shut down.

Police arrived at a Rockingham home about 10pm on Tuesday to find 120 juveniles, some drunk, and a large amount of alcohol at the home.

A brick was thrown at officers, causing minor damage to a police car, and other youths threw bottles as the party was being shut down.

A policeman received medical treatment after a dog bit him as he spoke with the property owners inside the home.

No charges have been laid so far.
