Art comes in many forms. Linda Miller Nicholson's form (she's the woman behind @SaltySeattle) is pasta-and its earned her 200K Instagram followers and counting, recognition around the world, and a new cookbook.

Take one look at her photos and videos, and you'll be hooked instantly. Linda's pasta-making skills range from adorable rainbow bowties to intricate portraits.

Yeah, we're not exaggerating when we say ART-but that wasn't the initial goal. In her new cookbook, Linda explains that she started adding colorful vegetables to her pasta dough to entice her son to eat healthier. All of the colors, shapes, and patterns she makes come from 100% natural ingredients, like parsley, beets, and turmeric.
