Malaysian escapes Bali jail El Chapo-style using tunnel

The spirit of El Chapo runs deep among Malaysians. One of our very own was part of a 4-person group that escaped a Bali prison today.

Malaysian Tee Kok King used a 12-meter-long tunnel that officials suspect “took more than a week to build.” Understatement of the year, considering Prison Break is now in its fifth season of digging.

The others are cited as Australian Shaun Edward Davidson, Bulgarian Dimitar Nikolov, and Indian national Sayed Muhammad.

Police believe that the suspects are still in Bali, and near the prison. No doubt enjoying an overpriced açaí smoothie bowl at a fashionably dilapidated café somewhere. Also, check Potato Head.
