I don't know if there's an actual word or a phrase for the opposite of jinxing, but as luck would usually not have it, the forecasts for rain were wrong for once, and the only thing keeping anyone from coming out to Cal Expo for day two of the O'Reilly Auto Parts 69th Annual Sacramento Autorama is excuses!

Sunny skies meant the traditional Drive-In outdoor car show was a go, as was the courtyard lowrider display front and center between the satellite buildings. But inside, the only affect the weather had on Saturday's Autorama action was ensuring the aisles in each and every building were filled throughout the entire day with spectators eager to see firsthand the 2019 America's Most Beautiful Roadster recipient (George Poteet's 1936 Ford) or the customs in contention for the venerable "B" awards being presented tomorrow evening. Speaking of which, we'll have the winners of those (Barris, Bailon, Bertolucci, and Baggy awards) as well as the King of Kustoms and Custom D'Elegance awards as they're being announced right here tomorrow evening—so have yourself a nice dinner and check back after dessert to find out what customs got top honors.
