The project started out as a new Mahindra Roxor with a 2.4L turbodiesel engine, 5-speed manual transmission, a steel body, and solid Dana 44-style axles.

Pearson ditched the stock transmission and opted for a new slushbox, as well as a slew of off-road modifications.

The rear axle is located four inches behind its stock location, and to accommodate this shift, the steel body was extended by roughly four inches, and seamlessly blended.

Currie Enterprises fabricated the seemingly nuke-proof axlehousings, which are suspended from the frame by Fox 2.0 coilover springs, and kept centered by a Currie swaybar.

Slightly larger than what comes from the factory, this Roxor rolls on 39-inch BFGoodrich T/A Krawlers which are aimed with help from the PSC hydraulic steering kit.

The four-link suspension features Barnes 4WD rod ends and gives the machine oodles of flex to crawl over boulders.

Out back, the Roxor sips fuel from the custom stainless-steel cell which is mounted in the bed, and discreetly coated with bedliner.
