Police: Driver recovering from serious injuries following crash in West Islip
Police say the driver, 53-year-old Mauricio Ramos, was in a BMW driving westbound when he crashed into an eastbound Toyota Sedan. They say Ramos was attempting to turn left into a parking lot.
