15 Angry-Looking Cars You Don't Want in Your Rearview

Motor Trend logo Motor Trend 1/22/2015 Karla Sanchez

Get out of the way. That's what some of these cars seem to be saying when you catch a glimpse of them in your rearview mirror. Even though that may not be what the driver intends, these mean faces will be more than enough to get you to move over. Below are some of the angriest-looking cars on the roads today, as well as a few that will be on your rear bumper soon.

1. 2016 Cadillac CTS-V

2016 Cadillac CTS V Front Side View© Provided by MotorTrend 2016 Cadillac CTS V Front Side View You don't want to mess with the new CTS-V. It looks ferocious with its V-shaped grille and pronounced front splitter that sticks out underneath the blacked-out front air dam like an underbite. Meanwhile, its sleek headlights that get thinner as they sweep back over the flared front fenders give the illusion of evil eyes.

2. Chevrolet Corvette Z06

2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06© Provided by MotorTrend 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 The Z06 is not joking around. It's too tough to even crack a grin, as the front grille's straight and rectangular design almost makes the supercar look like it's baring its teeth. Slanted headlights make it look extra vicious, especially since they're spaced far apart and elevated on bulging wheel arches. Once the Z06 passes you, it still looks like it's ready to throw down with its down-turned taillights and chrome-tipped quad exhaust tips.

3. Dodge Challenger

2015 Dodge Challenger RT© Provided by MotorTrend 2015 Dodge Challenger RT While some of the other cars flagrantly display their angry expressions, the Challenger appears more devious with a stone-cold death stare. The large-and-in-charge Challenger is a sneaky predator. The split grille and quad halo headlights are tucked beneath an angry brow bone, which is created by a hood that extends over the front grille. Watch your back with this one; like a stalking mountain lion, you won't see it until it's too late.

4. Audi RS7

A strip of LEDs underlines the headlights, making them appear slanted in at an angle toward the oversized and matte-finished mesh grille. This styling cue causes the RS7 to look like it's scowling at you, which it probably is if you're going slower than its 560 horses want to run.

5. BMW M4

From the front, the M4 resembles a shark with its rounded front end and sleepy-eyed headlights that flow seamlessly into the blacked-out kidney grille. A low and wide profile also makes it look like the underwater predator -- its side vents resembling gills.

6. Volkswagen Golf R

The Golf R comes off extremely aggressive since its thin front grille makes the inward-facing headlights look even narrower, rigid, and just plain cold. The character lines that run down the hood toward where the headlights meet the grille mimic eyebrows, giving the Golf R a big attitude for such a small car. What a scrappy little fighter.

7. Porsche Cayenne GTS

The blacked-out front grille doesn't make it look any nicer, either, since it bares its teeth at you like the Z06.

8. Lamborghini Huracan

While the supercar's already vicious with its sharply angled headlights with V-shaped LEDs housed within them, the large three-section grille is what makes this Lambo really wicked. Prominent fangs stop just short of connecting with the car's nose, making it look like the Huracan will eat you if you get too close.

9. 2017 Ford Raptor

It sports a ginormous snout with an exaggerated, large and blacked-out front grille that proudly displays "Ford" lettering across the entire front end. Adding to the aggression are the three lights above the grille that resemble those on semi trucks, while two-tiered headlights with orange LED surrounds add to the effect.

10. Nissan GT-R Nismo

2015 Nissan GT R Nismo© Provided by MotorTrend 2015 Nissan GT R Nismo A crocodile's eyes and nostrils are located on the top of its head so that it can easily lurk in the water with the rest of its body hidden. The GT-R Nismo mirrors this reptile, with its slit headlights and two small vents located right on the top of the hood. Since the GT-R Nismo adds red trim inside and out, it's even more villainous compared to other variants.

11. Jeep Cherokee

2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited© Provided by MotorTrend 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited Small eyes, big teeth. The Cherokee has a commanding presence with its seven-slot grille similar to big, spaced-out teeth. The upper light strips that consist of LED running lights and directional signals at the top of the grille also mimic evil eyes, since they're thin and slanted at a sharp angle, while the actual headlights mounted on the lower front fascia resemble jowls.

12. McLaren P1

2014 Mclaren P1© Provided by MotorTrend 2014 Mclaren P1 The P1 might have been designed with aerodynamics in mind, but all those scoops, ducts, folds, and air inlets make the supercar look absolutely wicked. The boomerang-shaped headlights that wrap around the front fascia give it squinty eyes, while the recessed pockets on the hood act as flared nostrils, making the P1 appear as though it's snarling. Large vertical blades aft of the front wheels look more savage than functional.

13. Toyota TRD Pro Series 4Runner

2015 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro© Provided by MotorTrend 2015 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro The TRD Pro Series 4Runner glares at you with a heavy-eyed look, while the black folds in the sheetmetal connecting the headlights to the foglights give the SUV's front end a frown. The big Toyota lettering in the front grille adds to the intimidation.

14. Acura NSX

© Provided by MotorTrend The most evil interpretation of Acura's signature power plenum grille combined with slim jewel-eye headlights and a low profile make the NSX look like it's not messing around. Add the fact that it puts out 550 hp, and you have a fast -- and furious -- car.

15. Lexus RC F

2015 Lexus RC F© Provided by MotorTrend 2015 Lexus RC F The spindle grille on Lexus F variants has been said to resemble the alien creatures from the "Predator" movies, and the RC F is no different. The RC F appears to have a gaping mouth since the grille stretches all the way to the bottom of the front bumper, while the separate LED daytime running lights under the squinting headlights make it look ferocious.
