It's been 15 years since Texas' iconic King Ranch and Ford came together, and to commemorate the partnership, the automaker has unveiled the King Ranch trim levels for the F-150, Super Duty, and Expedition SUV for model year 2015. To help show them off, the trucks have been featured in a special photo shoot in their natural habitat.

The 2015 Ford King Ranch F-150, F-Series Super Duty, and Expedition were the center of attention at the shoot located at the King Ranch, where renowned Texas State photographer Wyman Meinzer took more than 4000 images over the course of four days. The three new models feature unique interior details, including King Ranch-branded floor mats, a leather steering wheel with Mesa Brown insert, and woodgrain accents in the dash. Exterior trim is also unique, and the models get extra standard features. All King Ranch models ride on standard 20-inch machined aluminum wheels, though the Expedition has optional 22-inchers. New exterior colors include Caribou, Bronze Fire, Guard, and Ruby Red Metallic Clear coat. The 2015 King Ranch vehicles can be had in either a monotone or two-tone paint scheme, and they'll be available with exclusive Premium Mesa Brown leather upholstery. The truck-trio celebrates the history of King Ranch-brand Ford vehicles, which began back in 2001 with the King Ranch F-150. Fast forward 15 years later, and the King Ranch name continues to be a hit, especially in its home state. Forty percent of all F-Series Super Duty King Ranch editions are sold in Texas. Seeing Ford's success in the premium truck sector, Toyota also jumped on the bandwagon with the Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition, as did Chevrolet with the Silverado High Country.

The 2015 King Ranch F-150, F-Series Super Duty, and Expedition will go on sale later this year. The collection of photos will make their debut at a special exhibit during the 2014 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo that runs through March 23, but you can check out some photos in the gallery below.
