Toyota's largest TRD Pro truck will start at $42,385 (including destination) when it hits the market in late September.

Exclusive features on TRD Pro Tundra models include a 5.7-liter V8 with a TRD dual exhaust system, TRD front skid plate, TRD-tuned springs with 2-inch lift in front, decreased spring rate for driving on rough terrain, and 18-inch blacked-out wheels with specially designed Michelin Off-Road tires. Cosmetic upgrades include multi-reflector halogen headlights with black sport bezels, unique seat color with red stitching, and a unique TRD Pro instrument panel ornament insert. 2015 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro© Provided by MotorTrend 2015 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro

Buyers can get a Tundra TRD Pro for less than a Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, which goes for a few thousand more. But Tundra TRD Pro base prices apply only to the Double Cab models. Stepping up to the CrewMax bumps the price up to $45,000. All models receive a six-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive, and flex-fuel is available at no additional cost.

The Tundra joins the Tacoma TRD Pro, which goes on sale this month, as well as the 4Runner TRD Pro, which reaches showrooms in September along with the Tundra. Features common on every TRD Pro model include TRD Bilstein shocks with remote reservoirs in the front and rear, TRD-tuned front springs, TRD floor mats and shift knobs, blacked-out alloys, and a "TOYOTA"-badged front grille. Buyers can choose between three colors: Inferno, Attitude Black Metallic, and Super White.
