"But the thing about the M3 is the longer you're on top of the mountain, the more people rise up and try to knock you off the peak," says "Head 2 Head" host Jonny Lieberman in this new episode. The latest cars attempting to knock the M3 off its peak are the 2016 Cadillac ATS-V and Mercedes-AMG C63 S. Which car from this duo will come out on top?

Lieberman starts with a road drive in the ATS-V. He's a fan of the sharp exterior styling, and supportive seats, but it's a different story with other interior details including the CUE infotainment system. Most impressive, however, is the ATS-V's chassis. "Outstanding world-class chassis," Lieberman notes. "It might be one of the best handling sedans in the world."

When it comes to the AMG C63 S, Lieberman isn't so hot on the sedan's sheetmetal, but is completely impressed with the cabin, which he describes as a shrunken S-Class with impressive materials and eye-catching design. Lieberman is a fan of the AMG's aggressive behavior, from the engine's power delivery and sound to the responsive steering.

Randy Pobst provides his valuable input on the track and starts with the Cadillac ATS-V. "These Cadillacs put the power down better than the Corvettes do," Pobst notes. "The Cadillac is well-behaved on the racetrack." Room for improvement? Brakes. Next up is the Mercedes, which Pobst immediate says feels solid and firm. He echoes Lieberman's thoughts about the AMG's aggressive behavior and is a fan of the engine note. Pobst says brake and steering feel is better than the ATS-V.

The episode ends with a lap time battle and a final decision by Lieberman. Watch the latest episode of "Head 2 Head" aboveand let us know if you agree with the outcome.
