Vehicle Summary

The 2018 Toyota Corolla iM, formerly known as the Scion iM, is essentially a four-door hatchback compact alternative to the Corolla sedan. The Corolla iM differentiates itself with its independent suspension layout in all four corners, featuring a control arm setup in the rear and MacPherson struts up front, to help improve its ride and handling. The hatch offers 20.8 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row.

Expect the 2018 Corolla iM to gain the same updated safety and infotainment features as the recently refreshed Corolla sedan. That means Toyota's Entune infotainment system and its available app suite could replace the Pioneer-based unit found in the current model. A more advanced active safety suite (Toyota Safety Sense-P, which includes pedestrian detection) could replace the current car's more basic Safety Sense-C system. We'll update this space as soon as we have official info on the 2018 Corolla iM.

The 2018 or 2019 Corolla iM might offer keyless entry/start, heated front seats, or LED headlights.
