The 2015 Chevrolet Colorado may be new, but tuners have already gotten their hands on the pickup and developed a special version to be shown off at the 2014 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. But that's not all Chevy is bringing. The bowtie brand is also showing off a 2015 Camaro Commemorative Edition.

Chevy enlisted the help of motocross star Ricky Carmichael, who designed the Colorado Performance Concept with bikes in mind. The Colorado proved to be perfect for this project because of its compact size. "Where I take my bikes, a full-size truck isn’t always the best solution, so a maneuverable midsize truck like the Colorado is just the ticket,” said Carmichael in a release. To make this Colorado Performance concept come to life, a tailgate extender was put into place to help secure the bikes. Other mounting modifications include the GearOn system, which was designed to hold down larger items, including bikes, boards, and kayaks, while leaving room for smaller supplemental gear. Gaining access to items in the bed and tightening the hold-down straps is also much easier, thanks to the Colorado's standard corner step on the rear bumper.

Functional but also stylish, the Colorado is painted in a unique matte gray paint color accented with high-gloss silver and yellow accents. Since the Colorado was created in part by Carmichael, the pro athlete's signature is also featured on the exterior. The color scheme continues on the 17-inch wheels, which are accented with yellow highlights. Wrapped around them are Goodyear Duratec off-road tires. A sport bar in the bed and a performance exhaust system completes the look on the outside. Inside, the Colorado's cabin matches the exterior, with yellow splashes of color and Carmichael's racing number embroidered into the front headrests. Everything else remains untouched, including the Colorado's 3.6-liter V-6 that puts out 305 hp and 269 lb-ft of torque.

If muscle cars are more your thing, then be sure to check out the 2015 Camaro Commemorative Edition, which celebrates the fifth-generation Camaro and marks the final year for the fifth-gen car. The special-edition Camaro is available on 2LT and 2SS coupes and convertibles and includes the RS package. The model receives unique 20-inch wheels, an exclusive stripe, body-color front splitter, ZL1 rear spoiler, and Commemorative Edition fender emblems. Five exterior color combinations are available, but unique to the special edition is a new Adrenaline Red interior, which features black and red leather upholstery, with red stitching on seats, flat-bottom steering wheel, shift knob, and other surfaces. Commemorative Edition sill plates are also part of the package. The 2015 Camaro Commemorative Edition will go on sale this spring.
