Great driver's car but NO LIVE TRAFFIC AVAILABLE logo 8/11/2015 JC

The car is a driver's dream. Bought the Grand touring model SPECIFICALLY for live traffic updates - this is the DC metropolitan area. The brochure for the vehicle SPECIFICALLY states that live traffic is present. But to my surprise I found that Mazda terminated its live traffic coverage earlier this year but NEVER BOTHERED TO TELL IT TO POTENTIAL BUYERS. The only reason I know this is because I called MazdaUSA customer line to ask. This is a classic bait and switch. I could have bought the less expensive model, gotten the same mechanicals and bluetooth-linked my iPhone for live traffic routing. Don't be fooled by the colorful brochure, until further notice there are no traffic updates. The Nissan Rogue has live traffic (for a fee), so does the RAV-4, so does the CR-V and CR-H. I'm willing to pay but it isn't even an option with the $31,000 car I just bought. (Trust me, if you can avoid even a small portion of the DC rush-hour snarls - its worth any monthly or annual fee)
