A stop-sale order has been issued for some 2015 Acura TLX models with the V-6 engine due to a problem with the nine-speed automatic transmission. Affected vehicles may roll away even with the transmission in park, according to Bloomberg.

Beginning around January 6, 2015, Acura said in a statement that it plans to provide owners and dealers with more details regarding the issue. Until then, the automaker has only advised owners to always set the parking brake when leaving the vehicle. Honda is investigating whether any accidents or injuries have been associated with the issue.

While the automaker hasn’t revealed the number of potentially affected vehicles, the stop-sale only affects certain models with the V-6 engine and nine-speed automatic.

“Only certain vehicles are included in this action, and nearly all new TLX V6 vehicles being delivered to dealers currently are unaffected by this stop sale order,” the automaker said in a statement.

Sales of the 2015 TLX were delayed earlier this year so the automaker could ensure new software and safety technology met the automaker’s standards. A formal recall has not been announced.
