Doing donuts in your car is fun, but getting busted by the cops for doing so is not. One man from Randolph, N.Y., scoffed at the risks and got himself arrested for that very offense -- two days in a row. WIVB in Buffalo reports James Fiebelkorn was arrested twice this week on consecutive days for illegally doing donuts. The incidents happened on Tuesday and Wednesday, just days before National Donut Day. We doubt the man was doing donuts in honor of today's holiday.

A drunken Fiebelkorn was arrested Tuesday for doing donuts in the middle of Randolph’s Main Street, according to police. The man was charged with DWI and was issued other tickets for the incident. Fiebelkorn was arrested again on Wednesday for doing donuts in his own yard. He was allegedly attempting to get rid of his grass, which landed on a neighboring property. On his second arrest, he was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and booked into jail instead of paying a $2,000 bail.

Bystanders called the police to report Fiebelkorn’s shenanigans in both instances. It's unclear if the fun Fiebelkorn had from the back-to-back incidents was worth the charges he now faces, but judging by the smirk he's wearing in both of his mug shots ( which can be seen here ), it doesn't look like he has any regrets.
