A track-focused racer won't be McLaren's only debut at this weekend's Goodwood Festival of Speed. The production version of the McLaren 650S MSO debuts this weekend at Goodwood in convertible form, and 50 lucky buyers will be able to get their hands on the McLaren Special Operations-built 650S before the end of 2015.

Well received in China where the concept debuted, the McLaren 650S MSO sports a few subtle differences between it and your run-of-the-mill 650S. For starters, the 650S MSO sports extended carbon fiber side blades, and a satin finish on its exposed carbon fiber bits. The 650S MSO also sports a three-piece rear bumper with a unique rear diffuser and carbon fiber print.

McLaren Special Operations' 650S also sports wheels that are eight-pounds lighter than those of a regular 650S, and three unique paint finishes: Papaya Spark, Agrigan Black, and Sarigan Quartz. The interior of the McLaren 650S MSO is finished in black leather and Alcantara, and topped off with a MSO-branded dash plaque denoting the car's series number.

The McLaren 650S MSO Coupe will cost around $430,000, while the 650S MSO Spider will cost around $465,000. Just 50 MSO 650S sports cars, including 25 coupes and 25 spiders, will be built.
