Now Printable in 3D: Acura NSX Concept

This might be the coolest thing your 3D printer produces for a while. Now available for download is the file necessary to print your own scale model of the Acura NSX concept, along with other conceptual vehicles Honda has produced like the wacky Fuya-Jo and the Kiwami fuel cell car.

Honda posted the 3D printing files on a special interactive website that includes brief descriptions and 360-degree illustrations of each concept car. The website also includes a time-lapsed clip of a 3D print in action, producing what appears to be the Puyo concept car that Honda first unveiled in 2007. The end product, which could take anywhere from hours to a few days depending on the printer’s speed, is essentially a blank canvas ready for paint and other details to make it complete.

Porsche previously did something similar with the Cayman, calling on Facebook fans to share pictures of their finished plasticized coupe. To download the print file for the NSX concept, go to
