Ram's latest concept takes inspiration from the Rangers and the iconic silver Lone Star Ranger badge, both inside and out. The exterior will feature a unique two-tone color scheme in Bright White and Bright Silver Metallic to pay homage to the white hats and silver badges the Rangers are known for. Exclusive Texas Ranger badging will help identify this concept from the rest of the Ram lineup, and have been designed to represent the Mexican five-peso coin that the Ranger badges are made from.

Taking a look inside, the Ranger theme continues. Canyon Brown and Tan leather adorn the cabin, along with Texas Ranger accents and tooled-metal detailsalso seen on Ram's Laramie Longhorn edition. Mexican five-peso coins have been inlaid within the wooden portions of the door panels, with the front doors displaying the "heads" side and the rear doors showing off the "tails" side of the coins.

Other interior features include a milled- aluminum Texas Ranger instrument panel badge denoting the founding year of the Texas Rangers, a new center stack, center console, Texas Ranger console lid badge, seat trim bezels, sewn-on and etched leather seat badges, and much more.

This new concept recognizes the partnership between the Ram truck brand and the Texas Rangers, which was first announced at the 2014 State Fair of Texas. The event was marked by a donation of $100,000 to the Texas Rangers Hall of Fame and Museum by Ram president and CEO Bob Hegbloom. While the Texas Ranger concept truck was designed as a one-off, Ram officials have not ruled out the possibility of bringing this model to production. However, no timeline or possible price point has been announced.
