Land Rover revealed the Range Rover Evoque NW8 Special Edition at the Montreal Auto Show this week. The NW8 Special Edition is the third and final model in the “Inspired by Britain” series of special-edition Range Rover Evoque models.

NW8 refers to the postcode in North West London where the world-famous Abbey Road is located. The postcode has also been known as the heart of London’s creative scene since the 1960s. The Range Rover Evoque NW8 Special Edition is based on the Dynamic model and features several custom design touches.

"Our customers love to personalise their vehicles to reflect their own characters and the Evoque NW8 provides another opportunity for them to make a statement,” said Gerry McGovern, Land Rover Design Director and Chief Creative Officer, in a release. “Its bold combination of colours makes it the most individual of our 'Inspired by Britain' special editions."

The NW8 Special Edition is available in an exclusive Fuji White exterior contrasted by Firenze Red paint on the roof and mirror caps. The red paint work carries over to the Range Rover badging on the hood and tailgate. The NW8 Special Edition rides on Narvik Black-finished 20-inch alloy wheels. The wing vents and grille are finished in Santorini Black, while black replaces silver on the bumper inserts. Other exterior touches include smoked headlights and fog lights and clear tail lights.

Inside, the Range Rover Evoque NW8 Special Edition features either Taurus leather Ebony seats with Pimento perforated inserts or Ebony seats with perforated Ebony inserts. “Evoque” is embroidered into the seat headrests. Other touches include an anodized red rotary gear selector and shifter paddles on automatic models, and a white gear knob insert with red graphics on manual-equipped models.

Final touches on the NV8 special edition include an exclusive graphic on the treadplates, seat tags, and key fob. The graphic is inspired by the iconic Abbey Road zebra crossing and features the silhouettes of the original 2008 LRX Concept, Evoque five-door, Evoque Coupe, and 2012 Evoque Convertible Concept.

Just 1000 Range Rover Evoque NW8 Special Edition models will be built. Oddly, the Range Rover Evoque NW8 Special Edition won’t be available in the United Kingdom. It also won't be offered in the U.S., though it will be sold in Canada and other global markets.
