There are many wonders to be found tucked amongst the many stands of the Geneva motor show, but this one grabbed my attention like no other. Meet the Lazareth Wazuma V8F.

"Wazuma" is an ancient form of Japanese magic tricks, which may be necessary to safely operate this trike. It's powered by a 250-hp 3.0-liter Ferrari V-8 lifted from a 328 (and presumably de-stroked) that's be retrofitted with fuel injection from two Yamaha motorcycle engines. It's connected to a six-speed sequential transmission lifted from a BMW M3, which connects straight to the differential and rear axle and is shifted by buttons on the handle bars. 285-width tires up front are turned by power-assisted handlebar steering and massive 315-width tires attempt to put the power down out back.

Weighing in at just 1450 pounds, the engine has just less than six pounds to carry per horsepower. No official performance data is given, but you can bet it's scary quick. The functionally similar, motorcycle-powered, 106-hp Can-Am Spyder is quick enough to give the casual rider a thrill. Imagine what this can do.

Also try to imagine the noise. The velocity stack engine air intakes are right under your chin and the engine's below that. Just behind you are the side-exit exhaust pipes. Even if it doesn't handle well, just riding it should be a hell of an experience. It's an experience you can enjoy if you've got the cash. It's for sale at just 150,000 euro and supposedly road-legal in Switzerland thanks to a loophole. Elsewhere, consult your local authorities. Or don't. The only real question here is, would you ride it?
