The Nissan IDx concepts generated lots of excitement when they made their global debut at the 2013 Tokyo auto show and again when they were shown at the 2014 Detroit auto show. Since their debut, rumors have swirled about whether the three-box coupes would make it to production. The latest rumor suggests the IDx will lose its retro looks for a more muscular and curvy shape, and we want to know which you prefer.

The latest rendering, inspired by information from an insider, suggests the IDx could lose its retro looks for a more aggressive and muscular shape influenced by the Nissan Sports Sedan Concept that previews the next Maxima sedan.

Should the production Nissan IDX look more like the current Nissan 370Z and the Scion FR-S/Subaru BR Z twins? Or should the Nissan IDx keep the concept’s retro looks? Share your thoughts on today’s Thread of the Day here.
