The Problem: Toyota says an end cap on one of the fuel delivery pipes may have been improperly welded by the supplier. That said, the faulty weld could cause a fuel leak and increase the risk of a fire. 2015 Lexus RX 350 F Sport© Provided by MotorTrend 2015 Lexus RX 350 F Sport

The Fix: Toyota and Lexus dealers will verify if the fuel delivery pipe came from the aforementioned supplier. If so, the automaker will replace the affected fuel delivery pipe free of charge.

Number of Vehicles Potentially Affected: Toyota says the recall affected around 20,000 cars powered by the 3.5-liter V-6. No fires or crashes have been reported from this issue.

The Problem: GM says affected vans may have a high-press regulator that could leak gas, leading to an increased risk of fire.

The Fix : Chevrolet and GMC dealers will fix the vans at no charge to the owner, though the necessary parts are still not available. GM will notify owners once the parts are ready.

Number of Vehicles Potentially Affected: The automaker says 3196 vehicles are affected in the U.S., while another 13 are located in Canada.
