Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux in dog custody fight?

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are in a "dog custody fight," reports the National Enquirer. The magazine reveals the stars are "baring their fangs over the future of their four canines."

"The custody of the dogs is a massive sticking point in their divorce agreement," a source tells the outlet. Aniston is described as "deeply attached to all of the family hounds," and an insider relates that most of their friends think Theroux is "using the dogs as pawns, as some divorcing couples do with the kids, to squeeze more money out of their settlement."

But, predicts the tipster, "There’s no way she’s going to let him get his hands on her money, or her mutts." What's odd is that the publication never goes into specifics about what the purported issue is. Is there a dispute over which dogs will live with which person? Is there an argument over the expenses involved with caring for the dogs?

It seems the tabloid just wanted to do a tale about the estranged spouses being at odds, even if it couldn't back its story up with real details and evidence. And while the National Enquirer is hiding behind anonymous, untraceable "sources" and "insiders" who can't even provide key info, Gossip Cop spoke with Theroux's rep, who tells us on the record that there is no "dog fight" at all and such claims are "all false."
