Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcome baby via surrogate and more ICYMI news

That's according to TMZ, which reports Kim Kardashian West was the first person "to have skin-to-skin contact" with her daughter, whose birth she was present for, along with the surrogate's labor process. Kim's husband, Kanye West, reportedly waited behind a curtain in the delivery room until the baby had arrived, then was able to come all the way in and hold her. The website also reports Kim and Kanye have declined multiple, multi-million dollar offers to sell the little girl's first photo. One of the offers was reportedly in the neighborhood of $5 million. Kimye waited until both North and Saint were two months old before sharing any photos of either of their first two children.

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are officially parents of three. Their third baby was born via surrogate in Los Angeles on Jan. 15. Kim confirmed on her website that the baby girl weighed in at 7 pounds, 6 ounces. "Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl," the reality TV star wrote. "We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister." TMZ reported that Kim was in the delivery room when the surrogate delivered and that Kim was the first person to have skin-to-skin contact with the baby. On Jan. 19, after days of mystery, Kim revealed that they named their newest daughter Chicago.
