Hilton broke the news by sharing a heart-warming photo of a tiny hand gripping her thumb on Instagram on Jan. 25. "You are already loved beyond words," she wrote. She has been open about her desire to become a mother in the past and revealed that she had started IVF during the COVID-19 pandemic. "It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other," the new mom told PEOPLE. "We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy."
