Pop-rock superstar sent racy DMs to other women while his Victoria's Secret Angel wife was pregnant, more 2022 cheating scandals

According to the webloid, the team discovered the affair back in July, but Ime only came clean to Nia once he realized his infidelity was about to be made public. On Sept. 22, the Celtics announced that Ime, who led the team to the NBA Finals the previous year, had been suspended for the season for violating team rules. The following day, Nia released a statement thanking fans for their supporting during "this difficult time" and asking for privacy as she processed "the recent events." Ime also released a statement: "I want to apologize to our players, fans, the entire Celtics organization, and my family for letting them down," he said in part. On Dec. 6, People magazine reported that Nia and Ime had officially called it quits in the wake of the drama.
