Andrew Bryniarski animal cruelty charges dropped

6/12/2014

Officials in California have reportedly dropped animal cruelty charges against Andrew Bryniarski after dogs rescued from his mobile home were found to be in good health. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre star, who played Leatherface in the 2003 horror remake, was arrested along with his girlfriend last week (begs03Sep12) after a neighbour in Santa Monica reported hearing howling from his trailer. Bryniarski insisted he was running a mobile adoption centre for the dogs, which were removed by Animal Control officers, and it has now emerged the charges have been dropped. The 25 dogs found in Bryniarski's trailer were all found to be "healthy and happy" and they will be returned to the actor on Friday (14Sep12), according to TMZ.com.
