The film opens on May 31, but it was a big draw at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year (under its old title "Toy's House"). The poignant coming-of-age story hit a nerve with audiences, and its speedy theatrical release shows that movie distributors were eager to jump on the bandwagon.
