Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, the producers of the James Bond franchise, have been named recipients of the 2014 David O. Selznick Achievement Award in Motion Pictures, the Producers Guild of America announced on Wednesday.

The award, which is designed to recognize a producer's entire body of work, will be presented to Wilson and Broccoli at the Producers Guild Awards on Jan. 19, 2014 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

Wilson and Broccoli are half siblings, and the children of original Bond producer Albert "Cubby" Broccoli. Wilson has been working on the Bond films since 1979 and Broccoli since the early 1980s; together they have produced the last seven films in the series.

In July, Wilson and Broccoli announced that director Sam Mendes, who won commercial and critical success with his Bond film "Skyfall," will return to direct the 24th installment in the series that has been running for more than 50 years.
