Jennifer Lawrence Isn't Scared She Just Wants a Drink in New 'American Hustle' Spot (Video)

By Tony Maglio

Irving Rosenfeld (Christian Bale) is not short on confidence in the new TV spot for "American Hustle."

"We were the best," the con man's voiceover opines to open the clip.

The 32-second spot from Sony Pictures shows viewers the corner where the politicians and the mafia intersect. Well, technically FBI agent Richie DiMaso (Bradley Cooper) does that.

That scary world is not for the feint of heart. Fortunately, Irving's wife, Rosalyn Rosenfeld (Jennifer Lawrence) isn't scared of anyone. She just wants someone to buy her a drink.

"American Hustle" also stars Amy Adams, Robert De Niro and Jeremy Renner.

The David O. Russell film comes out Dec. 18.
