Seth Rogen and James Franco spoof Kimye Vogue cover

By Chris Gardner Slide 1 of 2

"It had to be done." Those are the five words in Seth Rogen's simple Twitter caption that accompanied a hilarious Twitpic posted on Friday night featuring a Vogue spoof of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Annie Leibovitz-shot cover. And Seth is probably right. It was only a matter of time before the parodies started rolling in of Kim and Kanye's much-buzzed about cover of the Anna Wintour-led fashion bible. But theirs -- posted hours after the original hit the web -- is the one that makes the comedic sense. The spoof, which was reposted by James on Instagram and Facebook, serves as a sequel of sorts to their shot-by-shot recreation of Kanye West's music video "Bound 2" starring the rapper alongside his reality TV star fiance. Seth and James' "Bound 3" has been viewed 7.8 million times on YouTube."It's so funny. I love it," Kim responded in November when probed by paparazzi about her reaction. No word yet on what Kim and Kanye have to say about the latest effort. But one thing is certain: On their cover, Vogue anointed Kim and Kanye as #worldsmosttalkedaboutcouple but they now have respectable competition for that title. Nicely done, boys.Keep clicking to see the original cover ...
