Feeling down? We hate feeling down. Which is why we compiled a list of some of go-to movies that can't help but put a smile to our face or a laugh to our lips. While we know not everyone has the same tastes, we think there's something in here for everyone. Pitch Perfect (2012)

Synopsis: Arriving at her new college, Beca (Anna Kendrick) finds herself not right for any clique but somehow is muscled into one that she never would have picked on her own: alongside mean girls, sweet girls and weird girls whose only thing in common is how good they sound when they sing together. When Beca leads this a cappella singing group out of their traditional arrangements and perfect harmonies into all-new mash-ups, they fight to climb their way to the top of college music competitions.

Best in Show (2000)

Bring it On (2000)

Synopsis: The Toro cheerleading squad has spirit, spunk, sass and a killer routine that's sure to land them the national championship trophy for the sixth year in a row. Animal House (1979)

Synopsis: One of the most popular movie comedies of all time is also the film that made John Belushi a star. Napoleon Dynamite (2011)

When Grandma hits the road on her quad runner, Napoleon and Kip's meddling Uncle Rico (Jon Gries) comes to town to stay with them and ruin their lives. Napoleon is left to his own devices to impress the chicks at school and help his new best friend, Pedro (Efren Ramirez), win the election for Student Body President against stuck-up Summer (Haylie Duff); all the while making sure to feed Grandma's pet llama Tina, and avoiding association with Uncle Rico and the herbal breast enhancers he sells door to door. Napoleon and Pedro put their skills and knowledge of piñatas, cows, and drawing to good use, but it is a surprise talent that leads the two to triumph in the end.
