PEOPLE has confirmed that Carla Hall, one of The Chew's former co-hosts, will host a cooking segment during the GMA Day premiere on Monday. She plans to "take viewers through a step-by-step process of making a wine can chicken recipe."

GMA Day will occupy The Chew's former time slot (1 p.m. EST) and serve as Good Morning America's third hour. It's unclear if this will be a permanent gig for Hall or if this is a one-off for the show's first episode.

In May, it was announced The Chew would not be renewed for an eighth season.Hall confirmed the news on Instagram, writing:

I am so grateful for all the good times and incredible friends I have made over the past seven years on [The Chew]. It has truly been an amazing ride. I am looking forward to new adventures! What’s next? Stay tuned! Onward and upward! #adventurefollows.

The cancellation came shortly after Eater published an exposé on fellow Chew co-host Mario Batali, including several allegations of sexual harassment. Further allegations of sexual assault arose in a span of days.

Hall spoke to the magazine about the atmosphere on set after the allegations came to light, saying “With three people, you really can’t say, ‘Okay, those four will take care of it.' You have to be engaged and I think we’ve become closer."
