The restaurant with pitchforks, HK logos, and a red and blue kitchen won the 2018 Eater Award for Design of the Year.

Television personality Gordon Ramsay’s fifth Las Vegas restaurant pays tribute to his long-running Fox show Hell’s Kitchen. Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen at the front of Caesars Palace takes an 8,000-square-foot space and makes it into an homage to his show, entering its 19th season.

The restaurant won the 2018 Eater Award for Design of the Year.

Jeffrey Beers International designed the space that features an interior bar, two dining rooms, a showcase kitchen, and retail space with floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering views of the Las Vegas Strip. Diners walk in to the to find a bronze HK sign with pitchfork, straight from the set of the show as well as a video of Ramsay beckoning and harassing customers as they enter. Photos of previous winners line the hallway to the hostess stand, and a small boutique sells T-shirts plastered with images from the show.

Much like the set of the reality cooking show, the restaurant divides into red and blue design details especially around the kitchen, swaddled in a mosaic mural. Chefs and cooks in the showcase kitchen wear the exact uniforms from the show — red and blue jackets with coordinating bandanas.

Throughout the space, the show’s iconic “H” and pitchfork symbols find a home in the decor, from laser-cut screen partitions to custom-designed lighting that combine brass rods with pitchfork features.

Ramsay just celebrated the restaurant’s first year with plans to film the next two seasons of Hell’s Kitchen inside the restaurant.
