The Right Way to Wrap Anything in Bacon

Bacon wrapped around thingsis there for two reasons:to add fat and flavor. But there are some tips andtricks to keep in mind whilewrapping your favorite foods. For small appetizers, use thincut bacon and allow it tooverlap about half an inch. For medium sized food, useone full strip of regular cutbacon and overlap about an inch. For both small and mediumfoods, use toothpicks tohelp secure the bacon. If you want to wrap a largerfood item, like a pork loin, use regular cut bacon. Place a piece of plasticwrap on your counter, andlay strips of bacon on it. Then, add your main meat ontop of the bag and wrap up. To firm the bacon aroundthe meat, let it sit inthe fridge overnight. The bacon will connect whilecooking so it doesn't unwrap.
