Monday on "The Talk" Carrie Ann Inaba dishes on tonight's 'DWTS' premiere and Christie Brinkley's replacement. Inaba says, "Supermodel Christie Brinkley fell and shattered her arm during rehearsal ... This happened on Thursday, she was practicing for our premiere.... we can't show who her partner was [video footage of fall]. Inaba adds, "Her daughter [Sailor Brinkley-Cook] is going to compete, and I have exclusive news. Tonight her daughter is going to be dancing a Cha Cha to 'Uptown Girl' ...and she's going to wear Christie's dress.
