Medicine Ball Deadlift-to-Reach : Step 1
Step 1 Stand tall while balancing on your right foot while holding a medicine ball at chest level. Keep a natural arch in your lower back and your chin parallel to the floor.
Medicine Ball Deadlift-to-Reach : Step 2
Step 2 Brace your core. Lean forward at the hips until your chest becomes almost parallel to the floor. Extend the ball out in front of your body while simultaneously raising your right foot off of the floor. Pause in this position. Slowly reverse back to starting position. Perform the prescribed amount of repetitions before switching sides.
