Shakira is pushing it real good in her latest post on Instagram. The 45-year-old "She Wolf" singer showed off her dance moves in a sheer top and mini skirt to Salt-N-Pepa's "Push It." Shakira shared the video in celebration of next week's premiere of NBC's Dancing With Myself, where she'll serve as a judge alongside Nick Jonas and Liza Koshy.

Shakira captioned the post,"#DancingWithMyself premieres May 31st, and it’s got me in the mood to dance to one of my all-time favorite songs. @nickjonas @lizakoshy @camillekostek time to “push it real good!”

Fans were here for Shakira's dance skills, with one fan commenting, "We’re ready to watch queen! Can’t wait!!! 😍😍😍😍." Another added, "Slay Queen 🔥❤️." Even show host Camille Kostek chimed, "Challenge accepted!!! 💃🏼."

If you couldn't already tell, it takes a lot of energy to master those moves. And if you've ever seen one of her live performances, it gets even more intense. To stay on top of her game for her shows, Shakira works with celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser six days a week.

"Shakira is really focused on consistency with her workouts—the strength, the cardio, the stamina, the power, the flexibility, everything," Kaiser told Vogue. To build her endurance, she does 90-minute dance intervals mixed with cardio, strength, and vinyasa flow.

On days when she has long rehearsals, Kaiser told E! News that Shakira prefers other workouts such as swimming and high-intensity interval training circuits.

As for her diet, Shakira loads up on protein and fresh veggies. For breakfast, she'll have eggs or avocado topped with tomato, olive oil, and sea salt. But for dinner, she'll make something more protein-heavy like fish or pork chops with a soup or salad. Kaiser also told E! News that Shakira's a big fan of smoothies with plant protein, berries, and greens or green powder.
