The pop icon is basically a living reminder to get better at planks. And the latest shots of her in concert are no exception.

Britney shared a photo of herself on Instagram taken during her weekend concert in Brighton, England and she looks ah-mazing.

From what I can see, Britney is sporting a serious six-pack situation, and it’s totally highlighted by the blinged-out half corset she’s wearing.

And this wasn't just a Brighton thing-her entire tour has basically been an all-access pass to view her iconic abs, to the tune of her equally-iconic discography:

Of course, these show-stopping abs (and dance moves) came with a lot of work. Britney noted back in April that she'd be changing up her workout routine to prep for her "Piece of Me" tour. And the sneak-peek that she shared on Instagram included core work...and plenty of it.

Britney also told Women’s Health in the past that she loves taking the Totally Drenched class at Drenched Fitness in Westlake, Calif. "If I want to feel like I'm really sweating, that's what I do," she said. The 60-minute high-intensity interval training workout features a treadmill workout, bicycle crunches, regular crunches, and supermans to give you a seriously intense ab workout.

And Britney has made it pretty clear that she’s all about moves that work her middle. She can do push-ups like a champ:
