The 55-year-old former model and Mrs. Trump has been island-hopping for the past few days, enjoying the sun, the beach, and the scenery in such places as St. Lucia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and now Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

And on Monday, she embraced all things wellness and luxury as she performed a series of limber yoga poses on the deck of a yacht.

Shortly after Marla spent Christmas with her daughter Tiffany, Tiffany jetted off to Hong Kong while Marla stayed back in New York.

But last Wednesday, she popped up on the Caribbean for a warm and sunny holiday.

One of the highlights was surely her yacht yoga, which she performed on a blue mat while wearing a sporty two-piece swimsuit by Live!, a Brazilian brand.

"Ok so honestly...the best natural lighting ever...," she gushed, captioning the photo. "Thanks to the magical sea and sunlight of Caribbean.

"So after the 4 1/2 mile hike straight up and down Gros Piton my quads were so sore, and my toes and most everything else, but this pose, I believe called Swan in #Yoga and the others to follow were so helpful to stretch out the soreness, especially the quads.

"#yoga works and breathing deep into any pain we may feel allows the oxygen to flow and healing and relief to come. Try it," she concluded, adding a smiley face.

She also noted in a comment that she and her companions took a dip, too, enjoying the opportunity to swim with the fish.

The hiking that wore out her muscles happened just hours earlier. Marla shared a few snaps from the outing, showing her posing with a trio of other women as they ascended the 771 meter high Gros Piton in St. Lucia.

She opted for a T-shirt, jean shorts, and sneakers for the hike, striking some more yoga poses as a sweeping view appeared behind her.

"Truth be known, I held these postures maybe a 'huge' split second each after making it to the top of #GrosPiton a World Heritage Site near the town of Soufriere in #Saintlucia.

"The Pitons are 2 beautiful and mountainous volcanic plugs with the greenest jungles but pathways of rock which we carefully navigated upwards then down again. Ahhhh...."

Captioning another photo from a similar hike days earlier, she wrote: "All hands and toes were needed as we pushed ourselves emotionally and physically to reach the top of the majestic but very rocky Pitons...

"We supported each other, stayed focused and even sang some Broadway show tunes on the long path back down. Saying thank you to unexpected challenges and the courage to face them… and for the healing sea to soothe our newly acquired aches."

The hike was certainly one of the more strenuous activities from her trip, which also included swimming, several boat outings, a visit to a turtle sanctuary, and a few stops to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

For one such sunset, Marla shared a photo on Instagram of the colorful sky touching the water, while commenting on it in her signature spiritual and philosophical fashion.

"It’s so beautiful when you see the light and the dark come together… Realizing on the other side of the dark cloud is a bright light just waiting to shine... the challenge is appreciating it all... trusting the path... and moving forward," she wrote.

And just before leaving to head back to New York on Tuesday, she wrote again.

"Sunrise at sea ... thank you Caribbean for filling our hearts with your beauty, life-force and adventure ... 6am this morning... as we sail back north."

She told a follower that though she is "coming home soon to that cold air" in New York where temperatures are in the 30s — she is luckily doing so "with a suntan."
