Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson are totally #relationshipgoals (they've been married for 31 years, guys!). And now, the famous couple is sharing a new diet resolution: going meat--free...but only for one day a week.

The Toy Story actor and his wife shared an adorable video on Twitter announcing their meat-free plan. Why now? Their new meat-free day celebrates the 10-year anniversary of Meat Free Monday, Paul McCartney's non-profit organization of the same name.

The singer created the organization (along with his two daughters, Stella and Mary) to raise awareness of the environmental and health impact of having at least one plant-based day every week.

"This is a happy birthday to Meat-Free Mondays," Tom and Rita said together in the video. "Going without meat is good for the planet and the animals we share it with. It's also good for...our health."

They continued: "It’s nice to do with less meat for those who aren't full-fledged vegans or vegetarians. No meat on Monday is actually a very simple and easy thing to do." Naturally, their announcement is totally in sync (and totally cute).

Many other celebrities have hopped on McCartney’s Meat Free Monday bandwagon. Ringo Starr, Alicia Silverstone, Isla Fisher and Ellie Goulding all have shared their support for Meat Free Mondays, according to the organization's website.

Here's hoping the couple that goes meat-free together stays together.
