Martha Stewart knows a thing or two about thirst traps — and staying hydrated.

The 81-year-old lifestyle maven — who recently teamed up with 19 Crimes on her Martha’s Lighter Chard ($15) — tells Page Six Style her complexion-perfecting secrets include sipping something straight from her garden.

“I start every morning with my signature green juice, which I make with fresh ingredients from my farm,” she says. “This is key to maintaining healthy, glowing skin.”

Also among her glow-inducing go-tos? The domestic doyenne, who partnered with Clé de Peau Beauté on a series of playful TikToks in 2022, is a “big fan” of the brand’s products.

She uses the Serum ($310), La Crème Night Cream ($795) and Precious Gold Vitality Mask ($310), the latter of which is infused with real 24-karat gold.

Not all of her golden rules of skincare include actual gold, however, as she also counts Alastin SilkShield All Mineral Sunscreen ($62) as a must-have.

“Never leave the house without a good sunscreen,” she tells us.

Stewart also calls herself a “longtime fan” of Mario Badescu Skincare, having recommended the brand’s Men’s Grooming Basics Kit ($33) or “a facial at their salon” as a “great” gift for guys.

And when it comes to documenting the results of her own skincare routine, the home expert is known to show off her glow in viral selfies — from her famed poolside thirst trap in 2020 to her most recent snaps from the salon chair.

So if you’re looking to master selfie skills yourself, the expert has a couple key tips on hand.

“Work your best angles and ‘project’ the jaw to look up towards the camera,” she says. “Also, make sure you are optimizing lighting.”

But while Stewart has certainly mastered snapping internet-famous images, she’s always open to experimenting with something new and shaking up her tried-and-true routine.

“I am very inquisitive about skincare and am always trying new products,” she says.
