Woman's embarrassing Steve Madden experience will 'stick' with her for a lifetime
Appearances can be deceiving, and this applies to boots as well. Prepare to feel second-hand embarrassment as you watch Logan Boyle walk up to a DSW employee with a nervous smile, and tell her that she needs help with getting a boot off. "I decided to try this cute pair of Steve Madden white cowgirl boots, and my foot got in with a normal amount of pushing but then it got suctioned inside of the boot," Logan told WooGlobe. "There was no pulling it off myself, so I asked one of the store employees if they could help me take it off (I didn’t record this scene for their privacy). "After one employee couldn’t pull it off, the store manager helped pull it off but it took about 10 minutes." Logan further said that the store personnel had suggested cutting the boot off, but she felt bad ruining part of a new collection. So, they kept trying and it eventually came off.
