Chez Noël Holiday Home Tour pairs Christmas style with community service
Friday kicked off the 33rd annual Chez Noël Holiday Home Tour in Bakersfield, hosted by the Assistance League. The League puts all proceeds from home tour ticket sales towards providing clothing for schoolkids in need. Homeowner Daniel Beer says that's why he chose to be a part of the tour this year.
