Hate crime, murder charges brought against Colorado Springs attack suspect
The suspected gunman accused of killing five people in a mass shooting at an LGBTQIA+ nightclub in Colorado Springs, Colorado is now formally charged with more than 300 criminal counts, including murder, assault, and hate crimes. Investigators say the alleged shooter wore body armor that night and opened fire into the crowd with a semi-automatic rifle.
