Jeremy Renner Shares Image Of Physical Therapy From Home Amid Recovery
Jeremy Renner has taken to social media for another update on his recovery, sharing a new image of his physical therapy process. Renner is best known to many audiences for his role as Hawkeye in the MCU, but the actor has starred in a host of popular TV shows and movies, including The Town, Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol, and The Mayor of Kingstown. In early January, the star was involved in a very serious accident involving a snowcat and has since been recovering from his many injuries.
As his recovery continues, Renner shared a new image on his Instagram stories (via ComicBook) on Sunday of some of the equipment he uses for physical therapy.
While Renner himself is not featured in the image, it does feature an array of resistance bands, weight belts, a resistance ring, and what appears to be a blood pressure monitor. The actor also includes some text in the story, indicating that he dedicates Sundays to physical therapy.

Jeremy Renner's Accident & Recovery Timeline Explained
On New Year's Day, Renner was involved in an accident involving his snowcat near his home in Reno, Nevada. The actor was run over by the snow removal vehicle, which weighs upwards of 14,000lbs, crushing his chest and torso and breaking more than 30 of his bones. It was later revealed that the Mayor of Kingstown star was attempting to save his nephew from being hit by the sliding vehicle before being pulled under it himself.
After spending several weeks in a local hospital and undergoing surgery, Renner then returned home, keeping his followers appraised of the move on social media. Since relocating home, the Hawkeye actor appears to be in good spirits, encouraging viewers to check out Major of Kingstown season 2 and offering updates on his reality TV show, Rennervations. The actor even joked with fellow MCU star Chris Evans about the accident and the snowcat that seriously injured him.
As details continue to emerge about the accident and his recovery progress, comedian Jay Leno found himself in some hot water last week for joking about Renner's accident, with many Twitter users quickly coming to the actor's defense. It's unclear just how long Renner will take to fully recover from the accident, but certain reports have suggested that it could take as long as a year or more. Although Renner's accident was undoubtedly severe, the MCU star's repeated peeks behind the curtain at his recovery would suggest that he's keeping his spirits high and continuing to work hard behind the scenes to get his strength back.
